Special Order Booties
The Majority of the booties that I have made and on hand are for Newborns (3" to 3.25") and 3-6 Months (3.5" to 4"). I cannot guarantee a fit, but tried to use the best age/size chart I could find to make the measurements accurate.
If you see a Pair you like and need them in a Smaller or Larger Size, you can simply order the size you need and I`ll Gladly Make them For You! Just keep in mind it will take a couple extra days to get them made and shipped out to you.
I Will Also be Happy to make any Special Order you may desire. If you`d like A Bootie in A Different Color, or you would prefer a Different Button, just let me know. I have a LARGE assortment of Buttons, Yarn Colors, and Ribbon! So if you do not see something you like, or would like a bootie in a certain theme,...please feel free to drop me a line, or fill out the text box below, and chances are I can make your baby booties to suit your exact needs!

I only make the booties shown in the top main categories, and all the other Handmade Items are made by other Artisans and are 'One-of-Kind' items.

To crochet is to create fabric from yarn or thread using a crochet hook. The
word crochet is from the Middle French word croc or croche, which
means hook. Crocheting, similar to knitting, consists of pulling loops of yarn
through other loops. Crochet differs from knitting in that only one loop is
active at one time, and that a crochet hook is used instead of knitting needles.
Knitting is
another method to create fabric
from yard or thread, but instead
of a crochet hook, knitting
needs are used. Knitting
consists of loops called
stitches pulled through each
other. The active stitches are
held on the knitting needle
until another loop can be passed
through them.
Knitting may
be done by hand or by machine,
although you will only find hand
done knitting here at Lisa's

many methods of knitting that
are done by hand. there is flat
knitting, which can be done on
two straight needles to create a
length of cloth, or there is
circular knitting which is
produced with a circular needle,
creating a seamless tube of
fabric.
There are
many different types of knitting
yarns and knitting needles,
which achieve different end
products by giving the final
piece a different color,
texture, weight, or integrity.
Using knitting needles of
varying sharpness and thickness
as well as different varieties
of yarn adds to the effect and
creates different results.
Handmade or
Hand Made refers to items that
are made by an individual rather
then mass produced on machines.
